Conference Participation - Complete Call Center Solutions 2007

FINMEDIA trough "e-FINANCE Events" department, organized in 30 May 2007 the 3-th edition of "Complete Call Center Solutions" conference.
The event canvassed the advantages of using a Call Center solution, presented the latest technological news in this field, having as invites IT&C companies and Call Center services and solutions suppliers; one of this was Mediatel Data.
Dan Mazilu, General Manager, Mediatel Data, presented in the second session of the conference, "Call Center Solutions", a discussion with the theme: "Call Center - What is really important?"
