Our Audiotex system, is a high density powerfull environment. It is able to master many calls simultaneously, routing the caller based on DNIS towards a variety of specialized services with or without human interraction (internal/external agents).

The server offers a support for having a modern platform with new services for clients, that operates 24 hours a day, and which does not necessarily substitute internal operators interraction during business hours.
The Administrator has a friendly window interface to manage all tasks required to configure all entities.

Available Audiotex services:
  • robots
    It allows to create simple interractive services for surveys, prize ellections, etc, being composed of a succesion of play/record operations.
  • menus
    It allows to create tree services providing menu driven services like: laws info, shop info, banks services
  • televoting
    It allows to create TV televoting services, collecting opinions/votes from the people who call into the system.
  • pool
    It allows to create services that require the presence of a priority queue, used for example in the TV contests shows
  • calls counter
    It is a specialized service oriented for prize winning systems, where each caller is a winner of a small prize, but from time to time a big prize is gained by the related caller.
  • internal agents
    It allows to manage the activities of company internal agents
  • external agents
    It allows to manage the activities of company external agents, working in other locations.
  • confessions
    It creates a collection of prompts presented to the caller, in a randomly fashion way
  • conferences
    It manages conference services, like chat or party line.
  • SMS/Ring tones
    It allows to send SMS or ring tones to the callers.
  • selector
    It allows to select various services.
  • scheduler
    It allows to schedule by time and day of the week various services.
